Wishing you a very happy festive season and a great 2017!

“One of my most powerful discoveries in 2016 were the Giant Sequoia Trees in California. They are 2000 to 3500 years old, some are almost 85 meters high and the most impressive ones have a girth diameter of more than 30 meters. Their wide spread root system covers almost the size of a football field. Throughout their lives they have survived many wildfires thanks to their very thick and resistant bark. Most surprisingly, they even need wildfires as the heat helps to release their seeds so they can reproduce.

We live in uncertain times. – May the Giant Sequoia Tree be a nice metaphor for you in 2017. If we are centered and rooted like a Sequoia Tree we are ready to deal with anything that may come up and we are able to make good decisions.

As end of 2016 is approaching I feel very grateful for all the wonderful people I have had the privilege to get to know, work with or be in contact with over the year. – Thank you for having been part of it.”
